What are your hours? Weekdays & Saturday 11:00–20:00 (L.O. 19:30); Sundays & holidays 11:00–18:00 (L.O. 17:30); open year-round. Hours may vary across sources — please call to confirm.
Where does the name “Hatsune” come from? From “Hatsune no Tsuzumi,” the magic drum in the kabuki play Yoshitsune Senbon Zakura — a fitting name for Ningyocho, the old district of puppet-makers and theaters.
Do you take reservations? We do not take reservations. See our Tabelog page for details.
What do you recommend? The signature Anmitsu (¥750) and the Shiratama Cream Anmitsu (¥1,250) — made with hand-made gyuhi mochi and domestic agar, azuki and kuromitsu.
